Rules

● Participants receive a prompt of a non-functional product (e.g., an umbrella with holes) on 20th September.

● They must create: 1. Two PR campaign ideas to justify the product's relevance in today’s world. (.doc format) 2. An ad film selling the product (MP4 format, 60-90 seconds, 16:9 ratio, 100 MB maximum file size)

● Content must be original and free from copyright violations.

● Pre-existing rhymes or taglines from other brands must not be used.

● Include appropriate trigger warnings; any sexist, racist, homophobic, or transphobic content will result in immediate disqualification

●Difference between AD and PR campaign: Ad campaigns are created to promote a product or service in a way offering reach through paid advertisements. A PR campaign is done to manage and improve the reputation and image of a company thereby offering credibility.

The winners will be announced on 24th September, 10 AM, on-campus at SCMC.
